Unable to run Win10 VM again after it gets stucked

Hello and thanks in advance for all the knowledge. It's my third attempt to gaming on an virtualized win10 and i-m close to desist on using unRaid, so please help me.

 

Hardware

• MSI Z370 A-PRO
• Intel i3-8100
• 16 GB RAM
• VM on cache o 2 SSD of 120+250GB
• Radeon Rx580 8GB

SW scenario

• I've followed Space Invaders One tutorials
• Followed this helpful post for passing through the on board audio
• Windows 10 Home edition
• VM up and running, being able to play
• All manufacturer drivers installed
• Steam & Discord only running
• CPU core all time close to 95%

Errors

• Game doesn't run smoothly 
• Randomly loose parts of audio: game, Discord or mic
• Main error occurs while gaming on heavy demand, VM freeze and no way to recover the VM with the GPU passthrough i can only run the VM using VNC 

Clue, logs, config file

• After error and not being able to run again on VM log 

qemu-system-x86_64: vfio: Cannot reset device 0000:00:1f.3, no available reset mechanism

• That device correspond to the on borad audio card:

Ok, i guess it's all but let me know. This shouldn´t be impossible to solve, it looks like everyone enjoy playing on its unRaid machine and i don't to get out of it. Thanks in advance.
