December 15, 20187 yr I'm trying to pass through my windows 10 install and it's freezing up. There is odd graphics running across the screen. If I don't pass thru the graphics card it boots to the desktop fine with VNC. I've updated the VM with my product-id, passed thru my SATA and SSD. I've tried one or multiple cores to no avail. I have attached my diags and a screenshot of what I see on the screen. Any help is appreciated. tower-diagnostics-20181215-1711.zip
December 17, 20187 yr Can you post your KVM XML configuration for your Windows 10 VM (edit the VM, click upper right switch that says "form view")? Try using SeaBIOS if you aren't already. I couldn't get AMD graphics to play nice with OVMF.

December 18, 20187 yr Author I'm using SEABIOS. It boots just fine using the AMD Radeon HD5670, Matrox 9128, and AMD Radeon 3650 but not on the R9 290. Obviously I want the better Video Card on WIndows 10 I was going to use the other Video Cards for a Linux or possible OSX desktop. Just in the testing phases with this. I might be shopping for a new main PC and this would be a multi-pc setup for my kids. Edited December 18, 20187 yr by jay2068
December 21, 20187 yr Author Still hoping someone can help me with this. Any ideas? Been trying to get the same card to work with OS X Mojave to no luck.
December 24, 20187 yr Author I believe I have fixed the issue. This stems from having a motherboard with no on board graphics. As soon as I took an older video card and put it in the first pci slot and but my 290 on the second one it booted just fine into windows. I still think Unraid has a way to go with handling USB, PCI devices. But as it sits it's a great piece of software.
