Memory usage

Featured Replies

I recently did a hardware upgrade on my 14tb Unraid server.

Moved from a Dell poweredge 2.4 Celeron with 4gb ram to a Dell Poweredge T410 with Dual Xeon 5620's and 64GB Ram.

I have so much to learn and i have spent a good deal of time over the holidays working on this.

I am now running on the 6.5.3 release.

I have the server sitting right next to me in my office so I can hear it running.  No Dockers running yet and no VM's.

All of the sudden i hear the fans rev up a bit so I check the Dashboard and see that there are no active streams but

cpu's are alternating from 0-15% and memory usage is at 42%.

Is there a way I can see the actual processes running(kind of like task manager in windows)?  I have no issue with doing this

within ssh if that is the only way.

I unmounted my unassigned device and also stopped the array, Dashboard shows I am still using 42% of my memory.

Here are the last few lines of my system log:

a12vman,

I was reading your post from Posted December 30, 2018 (edited).  I also have a T410 and  am just starting my plex build with unraid.

I have a few questions:

Did you figure your problem out?

What are you currently running for the raid controller, and some of the hardware specs?

I was told to get a H310 to hold larger HDD's.

Thanks.

Brooks
