I want to use unraid on Dell PowerEdge R510.

specs:

2 x Intel Xeon Six Core X5560  @ 2.8GHz 

32GB RAM DDR3ECC-R 

Backplane 12x3.5hdd + internal 2x2,5 HDD 

RAID DELL H700 - 512MB cache 

2 x hotswap PSU

iDrac 6 enterprise 

 

i want to put in few 10tb and some 4tb and 6tb drives 

will this work ?

Is it a good idea ?

will iDrac features work ?

dell Specification table says "Maximum Internal Storage 8TB–24.6TB (depending on chassis)" is that true for unraid instalations also ?

this will store photos and 4k raw material in a small photo/film studio.
