Sorry seen now that you actually need JRE16, pushed an update of the container, do the following:
Stop the container
Delete the runtime folder once again
Force an update from the container
Go in the template and click on "Show more..."
Change the Entry "Runtime Name" to: 'jre16' (without quotes)
Click on Apply
