September 15, 20196 yr Hi everyone, I'm new to UnRAID and am loving it so far! I have got my UnRAID machine setup with two Windows 10 VMs and a couple of User Shares. What I want to do is setup one of the network shares called "OneDriveNAS" to sync to, you guessed it, OneDrive. I thought it would be as simple as create a Win 10 VM, setup OneDrive there and point the OneDrive location to the Network Share but this doesn't seem to work - it errors and says that I am unable to use that location. After a few hours of Googling I found I may be able to create a symbolic link so that OneDrive would think the folder location was local and not on the network but I couldn't get that to work, it gave the same error when selecting the symbolic link folder. I am now trying to use GoodSync. It seems to be working okay.. It's pretty slow at uploading files (much slower than the native OneDrive app) and I have found that if I rename a folder which has, say, 10GB of files inside it, it treats it as though the entire folder has been deleted, deletes it from OneDrive then re-uploads everything under the new folder name. This isn't ideal as I have some folders which have 100GB> files within them. I would just install OneDrive onto each PC in my house and go down the standard route and use the file on demand feature but I would much prefer for all my OneDrive files to be downloaded locally in a central location which all PCs have access to. Does anyone else have any ideas how I can achieve this. I think I would much rather use the native OneDrive app within my Win 10 VM, I just need some help in setting it up correctly! I'm far from a command line expert but am more than happy to do some more symbolic link magic (or any other magic) within the command line if I can get it to work how I want it to! Thanks in advance :)
