Not been able to boot on the USB key

Hello, I try from yesterday to install UNRAID on my computer but I'm sticked to the very first issue because I cannot boot on the key. My computer is based on MSI KT3 Ultra Aru (Agp 4x,Ultra ATA 133,Fsb 200/266) and an Athlon Xp 1800.

 

I have change the necessary things in the Bios but I always receive the same message :

 

could not find kernel image : Linux

boot :

 

I do the process on 3 differents key and also on some others PC but never achieve to boot.

 

Can anybvody give advice to help.
