One VM really slow WAN speeds.

Featured Replies

I've got two Windows 10 VMs running on a system (Ryzen 2600/16GB Ram), one runs a CCTV Camera system with 8cores/8Gb Ram, and the other is my streaming/general media storage PC with 4 cores/6Gb Ram.

The CCTV system works flawlessly, LAN speeds max out my Gigabit connection, and WAN speeds come close as well (750 Mbits up/down).

The streaming PC on LAN is totally fine, maxes out the NIC when transferring to other PCs on my network.

Here is my issue, when I do a speed test or try my FTP client the max internet speed I can get is around 75 Mbits/s up/down. I've scoured the configs in Windows and Unraid and I can't for the life me figure out what is happening. Considering the NIC is shared between the 2 systems I thought maybe the camera streams flowing in might be the issue but problem persists even if I shut down the CCTV System. Anyone have an idea what is going on?
