[PLUGIN] GPU Statistics

This thread will serve as the support thread for the GPU statistics plugin (gpustat). UPDATE: 2022-11-29 Fix issue with parent PID causing plugin to fail Prerequisite: 6.7.1+ Unraid-Nvidia plugin with NVIDIA kernel drivers installed. 6.9.0 Beta35 and up no longer require a kernel build, but now require the Nvidia plugin by @ich777. I have created a PR for b3rs3rk's plugin to add MultiGPU support for 6.12 as Dashboard panels are different in 6.12. The PR works on pre realeases but does not provide Multi support. There are some other enhancements like being able to select Intel iGPU or ARC cards. Adding the correct model on the screen.
