I tried to do as described here and it did not work. As well I was unaware that I was not boosting and I confirmed by checking cpu info in terminal. Not sure I added to the Terminal Modprobe powernow_k8 and it failed to load.

 

I know I am probably doing something wrong.

 

My CPU is a Ryzen 9 3900x
