Docker containers keeps writing to hostconfig.json and config.v2.json

Hi,

i'm running some docker containers in my unraid setup, i wanted to avoid to keep the array spinning for not important things.

I was able to find that the following 2 files are written every few seconds by 2 of my containers (not all of them) plex, and pihole.

Why docker needs to update hostconfig.json and config.v2.json only on those two ? I would like to avoid to move my docker img file out of the array.
