I found this combo for $199. Is that a good deal?

 

I'm currently running a Dell PowerEdge T30 with the maximum amount of drives I can run. Looking to expand.

 

Mainly use server for storage and Plex Media Server. I might look into running Windows 10 on a VM though as well.
