January 21, 201115 yr In 4.7b1 setup, I have this output for Disk Status after assigning disk 2, 3, 4 Disk status Model / Serial No. size parity Missing ST31000333AS_xxxxxx001 976,762,552 disk1 Missing ST31000528AS_xxxxxx002 976,762,552 disk2 WDC_WD20EARS-00M_WD-xxxxxxxx 1,953,514,552 ST31000340AS_xxxxxx003 976,762,552 disk3 ST31000333AS_xxxxxx004 976,762,552 disk4 ST31000333AS_xxxxxx005 976,762,552 The previous test version with 5.0b2 had parity and disk 1/2 setup as indicated by missing however I overwrote the 5.0b2 flash with 4.7b1 binaries/image. unRAID still thinls the old setup has those disks -- no longer true. I can't find any file in /boot/config to reset those values. I am not setting parity drive for now, and disk 1 will be set after current pre-clear on disk in slot 1. How do I go about fixing this problem?

Log in via telnet, or on the system console ad type: initconfig Respond to its prompt with "Yes" (Capital "Y", lower case "es") Then return to your web-browser and refresh its screen. All the drive indicators should turn "blue" Only the currently assigned and working drive will show. (or, you can probably also just delete the config/super.dat file and reboot)
January 21, 201115 yr Author Thanks, the initconfig worked. (or, you can probably also just delete the config/super.dat file and reboot) I thought this might also be a way, but I just couldn't reboot for a while.
