  • [6.9.0-rc2] Flooded with TUN messages

    Slik
    • Solved Minor

Noticed I was having my system log flooded with tun: messages on 6.9.0-beta30. Updated to RC2 in a hope that they would go away. They're still present and I have not been able to get them to go away.

I noticed a past thread talk about just changing a line in the VM xml, specifically: <model type='virtio'/> to <model type='virtio-net'/>. However, while the messages end up going away, I am unable to get a network connection to the vm. I tried reinstalled drivers but still no luck.

Sooner or later it will probably fill up and crash my system.

    Any ideas?

    Issue Fixed -

    How to fix:

Stop you VM, go to the drop down and update the network driver to the new virto-net driver.

I was unable to manually change it in the XML, as it would fail to connect to the internet. I had to update it from the drop down box for it to work.

    Thanks,
