[7.0.0-beta.1] Can't create pure ZFS server

I installed 6.10.12, upgraded immediately to 7.0.0, added few plugins (unassigned trio, disk location). Then made new pool of seven disks, assigned them, went to first disk, changed format to zfs, raidz3.

 

Back in main tab i can't start the array, until i assigned one nvme into array.

 

If i stop the arrray and unassign the nvme, the array becomes invalid again.
