Docker containers cant resolve DNS

Upgraded from 6.11.5 to 6.12rc2 about a week ago

Noticed some of my dockers were not behaving correctly eg home assistant wouldn't send notifications nor could i update hacs plugins etc

After a bit of diagnosis i have found all docker containers appear to be unable to resolve DNS.
Network settings are as previous and the server itself has working DNS.

If i pass --dns 8.8.8.8 to each docker container they are then working as intended.

Is this a bug or some configuration i should look at?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
