1.5 USB Creator not working Mac/PC

I've tried the new 1.5 USB creator on 2 different Macs, both High Sierra, and it will not list USB devices. I've tried multiple flash drives from 4gb to 32gb.

I also tried my windows 10 pc, and it comes up with the pictured dll error.

I was able to download the beta originally posted from this thread and create a usb drive on the same Mac that would not list usb devices.

Please let me know if I can do any more testing.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
