I upgraded my homeserver to unraid 6.12.13 last saturday. Later I noticed that my speedtest container (running to check load problems with my isp) has significant download problems: most of the time the tests only get 5-10% of the possible download rate. The upload speed is not affected.
Because I updated the speedtest container to the latest version (v0.21.2-ls43) on the same day, I first suspected the app and investigated it, but without an outcome (tweaking/simplification of settings, reset to previous version, set up new instance, ...). I tested also directly inside the container via ookla cli and I received the same fluctuating download results as those shown in the web interface.
So I downgraded unraid to 6.12.11 and the download problem was gone, but to be sure I let it run for some hours. After that I changed unraid back to 6.12.13 - and the download speed issue appeared again.
I have attached a diagnostic file of version 6.11.13, a screenshot from the app and the configuration of the docker container so that you can reproduce this issue.
