[6.12.3] Case sensitive docker network name.

Simple bug, repeatable.

You can use the terminal command:

docker network create ThIsIsANeTWoRk

when installing a docker, and choosing ThIsIsANeTWoRk

it will try to install using "thisisanetwork" and will fail.
