[6.9.2] Smart Temperature limits not saved to smart-one.cfg

  • Closed

Hi,

my SATA is called:

Samsung_SSD_860_EVO_M.2_1TB_S5GENJ0N800730D

when I go to the disk settings and set Warning and critical temperatures, it is seemingly not saved or applied. When I examine smart-one.cfg, I see the entry as follows:

[Samsung_SSD_860_EVO_M_2_1TB_S5GENJ0N800730D]
hotTemp="75"
maxTemp="80"

As you can see, the . in M.2 has been replaced by an underscore.

If I edit smart-one.cfg and change it to:

[Samsung_SSD_860_EVO_M.2_1TB_S5GENJ0N800730D]
hotTemp="75"
maxTemp="80"

The setting is now applied and the proper temps are filled into the drive settings.
