[7.1.4] Terrible SMB Speeds

It's kind of impossible for me to attach a syslog here because I already downgraded to 7.1.3 and that resolved my issue so far. I noticed all of the sudden I was getting really really abysmal SMB speeds. I could not figure it out for the life of me. I finally downgraded to 7.1.3 and all of a sudden it is so much better.

Please let me know if there's any information that I can provide, although I'm not sure a syslog would help because I'm not willing to upgrade again and break my SMB performance again. I really don't want to mess with my system anymore.

However, if there's any information I can provide or anything I can test in 7.1.4 that might potentially fix any SMB related issues such as SMB extras I can add or something I can add to my go file to make a change, please let me know and I'd be happy to test.
