Cannot Start Docker Container - "Bad Parameter" Message [6.11.5]

Running 6.11.5, I have started experience an issue where my docker containers cannot be started or stopped - I get "bad parameter" - see screenshot. Any idea why this would happen? It requires a full docker deletion/recovery to fix.
