FUSE not working properly

I have a problem with the FUSE function. It sometimes gives Error 22 when creating a file with an allowed name like "ee" adressing /mnt/user/share-xy whereas it is working without FUSE on /mnt/disk/share-xy.

A reboot fixes it for just some time.
