Issue with Intel X550T connecting at 5 or 2.5 Gb speed

My ethernet card "Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation Ethernet Controller 10G X550T (rev 01)"

Will not connect at 5 or 2.5 Gb when upgraded to 6.9.1, the reason is that it not showing in the advertised link modes.

So to fix it, everytime I reboot I have to enter the ethtool command to fix.

ethtool -s eth2 advertise 0x1800000001028

 

This wasnt an issue in 6.8.3.
