Unable To Modify Any Directory In Array After Update

hi all,

 

It seems that after updating to 7.0.0 i've been unable to modify any thing located in the array, but files on the cache are fine.

 

i attempted to do a fix permissions and manually set permissions but it had no effect. I was unable to even make a new share via the webgui.
