VM Pages (VMs as well as VM Settings) not reachable 110 timed out

I suddenly have the problem that i can not access the VM pages on my unraid server anymore. Neither the VM page nor the VM settings page are accessible.

the logs state

Also when i open the Docker Page I get the message that "Array must be Started to view Docker containers."

I can see the docker containers, access and modify them.

I can not soft restart the server.
