  1. Glad it looks okay. TV show files are usually between 2GB to 5GB per file. Movies usually between 20GB to 90GB per file. I have just enabled turbo write so that should improve moving the process. Thanks for your time. Appreciated. T
  2. Sorry, I downloaded the logs after the mover job finished. I have just rebooted the server, checked mover logging is enabled and manually started the job. Mover is currently running. Please see attached. Thanks, T tower-diagnostics-20200407-0107.zip
  3. Thanks. Please see attached. tower-diagnostics-20200406-1507.zip
  4. Hi, I have noticed my mover is taking an average of 7 - 8 hours to move around 300 - 400 GB files during the process. Please, could someone help diagnose what the problem may be and offer suggestions for resolving it? Thanks, T tower-diagnostics-20200405-1854.zip

  6. --rebuild-tree has been running for 33 hours, and it's still running. Is this normal? I have attached the latest diagnostics. Hopefully it's useful. tower-diagnostics-20190421-1259.zip
  7. Thanks, will do shortly. Regarding converting all other disks on the server, what format should they be converted to? or did you mean I should check filesystem on all other disks?
  8. Hi All, I currently cannot copy any files to one of the disks on my server through Windows 10 VM. When I try to copy a file to the drive, I get "The disk is write protected. Remove the write-protection or use another disk" message. Related to this same disk, I can see an error "Unable to write to disk18 Drive mounted read-only or completely full. Begin Investigation Here" shown on the "Fix Common Problems" page. Please, any advice on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated. I have attached the diagnostics. 9. I just changed the IP address from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.254 and everything is working fine. I knew it was something silly I had not configured. Thank you all for your help, very much appreciated! Regards, T
  10. Oh btw, the first thing I did was to contact ASUS and I was not impressed with their technical support. They gathered all the info I provided and emailed it to another department. Just got a response today through email. Thank you for contacting ASUS Support and for your time. This email is with regards your ASUS RT-AC3200 router. In order for us to further assist you, could you please advise the following: What kind of server and what kind of services are you running, i.e. FTP? Can you browse the internet freely, do you have internet connection? Is it the applications that you are running that are not connecting properly? P.S - In my initial conversation with them, I already explained the issues, and all answers to all they asked in this email was already given to them, so not sure why they were asking the same questions.
  11. Hi, I replaced my router (Technicolor tg589vac) with a new one (ASUS RT-AC3200), and although I have better wifi coverage and internet access through laptops and other devices, there is a problem with all apps running on my unraid server accessing the internet. Few issues I have noticed: 1. Remote access to Plex server no longer works. I have set up port forwarding on the ASUS router as I did on the previous router, and while remote access to Plex server works fine when I reconnect my old router, I have no access to Plex Server when I reconnect the ASUS router. I also used port checker tool http://canyouseeme.org/ to see if port 32400 is opened. It fails (closed on port 32400) when ASUS router is connected and works fine (opened on port 32400) with the old router. 2. I cannot search for tv shows or movies through Sonarr and Radarr, it either hangs or does not return anything. Again, it works fine when I reconnect the old router I tried other random things like running speedtest, but i got the following message - cannot retrieve speednet configuration. I have a feeling it's something silly I have not configured properly, either on the router or unraid server. Please see screenshots from the router config pages and attached logs. Hopefully, someone can help. Regards, T tower-diagnostics-20181212-1626.zip
  12. Found the latest BIOS update, flashed the BIOS successfully, with both LSI cards connected the motherboard, started the server and dashboard shows all drives are green. Started a parity check and now I am seeing 100 MB/sec Thanks for your help.
  13. Update. So I received both LSI SAS9207-8i controllers today and straight away replaced both controllers on the server. After starting the server, I noticed on the dashboard that 8 drives we missing i.e. 8 drives linked to one of the cards. I then swapped the LSI SAS9207-8i cards around to see it was a problem with one of the cards, and saw the same issue. Next, I replaced one of the cards with the old SASLP-MV8 card and placed in the PCIx4 slot, and to my surprise, all drives were green. I then swapped the cards around i.e placed the SASLP-MV8 in the PCIx16 slot and LSI SAS9207-8i in the PCIx4 slot, and again 8 drives were red. I then replaced the LSI SAS9207-8i card with the other to confirm if the problem was with the controller, but result was the same - 8 drives were missing. Lastly, I placed the SASLP-MV8 in the PCIx4 slot and LSI SAS9207-8i in the PCIx16 slot and as before, all drives were green which makes me conclude the problem might be with LSI SAS9207-8i cards on the PCIx4 slot. Please is there anything i can do to get this to work? I have attached the logs. Good news is that I started a data rebuild on a 3TB drive to check the parity speed and i'm seeing 84 MB/sec, which is way better than before. Thanks, T tower-diagnostics-20181205-1212.zip
  14. Thanks. I've ordered two LSI SAS9207-8i cards from ebay.
  15. Any suggestions on getting two of these LSI-SAS-9207-8i controllers to replace the SASLP-MV8 controllers?
