  1. Just sent another request and did receive the automated message. This time, I believe the original two were sent using the webgui for the link so maybe there is an issue there. Just went to contact us here on the site and seemed to work. Idk, but hopefully I can get back up and running soon. Thanks!
  2. I did not get any response. So the ticket system may be having an issue then. I will try to submit for a third time. Thanks for the quick reply!
  3. Having trouble getting help from support. Sent two requests for asstance but haven't heard back from anyone. My old usb died at a poor time while reformatting my pc where I normally keep a backup. Unfortunately I wiped the backup during the reformat as I figured I would just make a new backup when I was done. Attempted the automated key transfer but it isnt working so following the instructions given when it failed I reached out directly to support. However as I mentioned I haven't recieved any help. Does the contact us form not work at the moment or is there some other way I can get a replacement key? My unraid server has been down for two weeks and I'd like to get it back up and running. Thanks for any help!
