Transfer speed to and from what?
You are likely to get better informed feedback if you include your system's diagnostics zip file attached to your net post in this thread so we can see more about your setup.
Transfer from my computer to unraid server.

My transfer speed only 50mbps. Is there a way to improve and make it faster for upload and download between device at home?

Make sure there's no bond with the gigabit NIC.
Is that in unraid setting? Where do I check for that?

I kinda figure it out from Interface eth0. but my new network speed is still the same as my old one 1000 Mbps, full duplex, mtu 1500. The wire is flat cat 7 connect direct to the router

Both 10GbE NICs are being detected and the driver installed but no link is being detected on either one:
Link detected: no
Yeah I put the ethenet back to the main old port because it doesn't run when I use the new one. I'll check the bios tonight.

Please post the diagnostics.
Just got home. Here is the diagnostics

I have a supermicro server, and I added a new 10gbe NIC card to upgrade the speed. Do I need to configure anything in the bios or it usually work right away? Cause mine doesn't connect.

You might want to reset the timeouts for closing down Docker and VMs by going to their respective Settings page (you may need to enable Advanced vie at the upper right to see the timeout setting) as there have been reports of unRaid not honouring these settings until you do this.
You should also try stopping the array first to see how long that takes in case the timeout values (particularly for VMs) need increasing. If the array successfully stops This should mean you do not get a parity check started the next time the system boots. If you still get a parity check on starting after successfully stopping the array up then this suggests a flash drive problem where unRaid was unable to record the fact it had successfully stopped the array. If you cannot successfully stop the array then you need to investigate what is stopping that from happening.
My docker is off, and I don't have any VM. I stop the array, started it again and the parity doesn't start. It always start when I first turn on the server. I will try to switch the USB when I have time.

I am even disabled scheduled parity check to see if it stop parity check. It still does the check every time I turn it on. It happen after 6.9.1 updated.

Something is not right here, pron share is set to cache="yes" in the diags, but according to the log the mover was moving data from disk1 to cache, did you changed it before grabbing diags?
I was testing around before grabbing diags
-
I did read around and try to set min space in the share up to 60GB, but still have this error. I still have more than 30TB free.
-
thank you i'll look into that. BTW I what should i do with the disk? Throw it away?

Disk 9 in my array suddenly (Unmountable: No file system). How do I get the files out. I didn't setup the parity yet, or how can I fix the problem.

This is the item I am watching SuperMicro 4U CSE-846 24 Bay SAS2 BP X9DRi-F/2x W/ 2x E5-2620 32GB IT MODE.
I am new to the scene and did some research but don't understand much about server hardware from the system above. My question is this server good enough for me to install unraid? Will it be fast enough to transfer file or even stream it from my computer (without PLEX)? If I install PLEX what item do I need to upgrade to make it 4k? Are these fan loud? Which item do I need to upgrade to make it quieter? What better option do you suggest? Thank you
Also if I go with this barebone which is a good motherboard for 24 hard drive? What other items do you recommend. Thank again
Keep getting disconnect from Unraid
