  1. Hello first of all thank you for all that you do!

I have been using binhex radarr for years with no issues.

About a month ago I started getting cache full errors and cache drive smart errors.

I was able to pull things off the cache drives and everything seems to be working fine (sonarr, sabnzbd, etc)

But radarr will not launch the gui i just get a cant reach this page error when i try to go to the webui.

I have dried uninstalling, restarting, etc.

My log has an odd error at the end and I don't really know what to make of it.

I have attached the log, thank you for any help you can provide!

your Downloads share is set to cache 'yes' thus it will be saving files to your cache drive before the mover moves the files to the array (every 24 hours), thus i would suspect your cache drive is probably full.

That was it! Thanks so much for your help!

how much space do you have for the share 'Downloads' on unraid?, open unraid web ui go to shares and check the FREE column for the share.

    binhex thanks for helping out!

As far as I can tell I have tons of free space.

I essentially set each of my shares over most of my drives:

    Thanks again!

  4. I have a space issue going on that I keep getting error for.  It first started right after I got my new unraid system set up and through online reading I figured out I installed it to the wrong location.  In response I ended up making a download share which has plenty of space and now I am pretty sure I have everything configured right.

But after a week or so of downloads it has crept up again.  Sab says I have plenty of space as does the unraid main dashboard (around 19TB).

Any guidance here would be super helpful.

Thank you in advance, and sorry I am very new at all of this.

in Sab's UI, you've got the downloads going to Downloads/complete  (There is a line there stating that the default base forlder is /config)

You need to set it to /data/Downloads/complete.  After that change, everything will work correctly.  However I cannot remember if files existing in your queue will pick up the change

I thought that was a problem at one point in my search but there is nothing showing in data when I browse from the sab UI.

Do I need to create a downloads and complete folder in the data folder? If so where do I go to do that.

    Thanks! Sorry for the trouble.

Edit:updated screen shot of the completed folder

  6. I am pretty new to all of this and reading a lot as I go.

I am having an issue with Sonarr not moving files once sabnzbd downloads them getting the error "no files found are eligible for import".  I have seen many examples of this when I search google. Most of them point to the directories not being the same between the dockers or access privileges being wrong.

I have tried my best and spent a few hours researching but I think it is above my knowledge level.  I try not to bother you all with these questions because usually I can figure it out on my own but no dice this time.  I attached a picture of my directories.

    Thanks in advance!
