  1. have you try to boot with only passing you NVME drive? i have similar setup with you, when i setup i add one device then boot, shutdown, add another one then boot, repeat until all device added, that way i know which device is causing the problem
  2. Hi, i follow the video to convert my nvme windows10 boot ssd to vdisk with this command qemu-img convert -p -O raw /dev/nvme0n1 "/mnt/user/domains/Windows 10 ssd/cVdisk.img" when i mount the vdisk to VM, <disk type='file' device='disk'> <driver name='qemu' type='raw' cache='writeback'/> <source file='/mnt/user/domains/Windows 10 ssd/cVdisk.img'/> <target dev='hdd' bus='sata'/> <boot order='1'/> <address type='drive' controller='0' bus='0' target='0' unit='3'/> </disk> and boot it, it shows the windows loading screen but it just looped and enter the windows recovery, failed to boot. is there any extra step or different step for converting nvme ssd to vdisk? Thanks btw.
  3. So i have windows VM on my unraid, then i tried to do speedtest.net from vm and copy file from unraid share, this is the result the copy file speed seems fine, but the internet speed seems wrong, then i try to add pcie lan card, then try the test again, and here the result the internet speed normal but the copy file much slower, also i try to do speed test from unraid directly (without vm) the internet speed is normal how to fix this?
  4. aahhh too bad... well i guess this is enough success for me.. thankyou for guidance! i guess just need to buy pci sound card or usb sound card
  5. yes, without passing the on-board sound card, im able to start the vm.. but with the sound card, the system is freeze
  6. after all working i found out that i can passthrough nvme ssd, so i passthrough that and install windows on that, now when i try pass onboard audio the symptom was like when i pass GPU wrong, the whole system was freeze IOMMU group 35: [1022:1487] 2f:00.4 Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. 9. "Easiest way to bind devices is to install the VFIO-PCI Config plugin from the app store then Settings -> VFIO-PCI.CFG -> tick the 4 devices in group 28 -> click Build VFIO-PCI.CFG -> reboot Note 1: if you add / remove PCIe device, make sure you disable the vfio-pci.cfg first because the pci bus would change." i tried this and reboot, then setup the vm again, then when i try to start the VM, then my unraid is freeze not responsive, (the web gui or terminal directly)
  10. oke will try the VFIO-PCI, i already boot with the "Gefore 210" how do i know that i need to dump my vbios? Thankyou btw
