    开启VM-x/VT-D，开启IOMMU

    系统完全失联，根据你的报错就是RAM频率和CPU时序冲突的问题。
    排除ES版u的问题，解决如下：
    1 关闭BIOS内存超频XMP，或者尝试降频
    2 重新拔插内存，互换插槽
    3 换其他同品牌条再测试

    复制U盘config文件夹备份 重装系统，把config文件夹备份粘贴回去 U盘插在新主机启动 关于PC读取xfs格式硬盘数据，可以搜关键词Windows xfs

    1.新添加阵列，并点击启动阵列后，添加的磁盘或缓存盘插槽的设备将显示为“未格式化”，并且在格式化之前无法用于存储文件。
    2.Unraid 6 默认为所有设备使用 XFS 文件系统，默认设置缓存为BTRFS 格式
    3.阵列启动后在最下方“阵列操作”里显示“格式化”的复选框，确认出现的格式化提示，然后单击“格式化”按钮。
    4.缓存盘或多设备缓存池格式化完成后，检查设置-Docker设置-右上角高级-docker.img路径是否为缓存盘/池路径
