    Same here.. I have MFA enabled long time ago, but recently I want to change my authenticator app (moving away from Authy), so I have to disable, re-enable it.. It's okay to disable, but when I try to enable, it got nothing just like you.. Hanging there without a MFA enabled got me a little insecure...
