  1. I may be having the exact same issue. I cannot get above 1.2Gbit (122Mbyte/sec) on my all 10GB network. It's like I'm able to saturate a 1Gbit link but it's all running on 10! iPerf tests can saturate the 10Gbit links, but try to write to disks (even with SSD cache) and i hit the 1gb wall.
  2. I have built a 24 drive NFS target using UNRAID. Dual XEON 5300 processors 32GB RAM 24 drives in BTRFS fronted by an SSD Cache. 10GB NICs all around ESXi v7, attempting to clone from 15kRPM SAS RAID 0 volume to the NFS target I get only 1.9Mbit/sec writing to the volume. Attached is the behavior when cloning a VM to the NFS target from the local RAID0 ESXi host. The write latency is crazy. Anyone have thoughts?
