I am trying out Immich using immich docker.
As usual, @SpaceinvaderOne created great contents for us, so I followed his guide there.
After the installation, I could upload my photos from my cell phone, However they are not saved under /mnt/user/photo_immich/library/ but I could find the them under /mnt/user/photo_immich/upload/d3a6f569-1690-4d24-9832-c0ddb464dcd7/ and each photo is saved in individual folders.
I thought Immich saves photos under library.
Does anyone have the photos saved under library in proper date struture? {{y}}/{{y}}-{{MM}}-{{dd}}/{{filename}} I believe this is the default directory structure.
If anyone has, could you give me a tip?
I am going to try Official instruction for Unraid from Immich... hope it works better.

It turned out I should have restarted my unraid box after installing the plug-in. After the restart, all working fine. Sorry for the false alarm.

I just installed the plug-in, however, it only works for Unassigned Share.
Could you take a quick look at my diagnostics data?
I also included a screenshot of the settings.
I really appreciate what you are doing here.

I've added some information to the log message about the duplicate share name to help find this issue.

I updated UD to 2021.12.08. Still it does not mount device.

Yes that is correct, I can change the Mount Point, but the device still won't mount with same error.

First of all, I thank you for the great plugin.
Since last update I cannot mount one of unassigned drive.
The update was on December 7. I think there was another updated I installed but I didn't restart the Unraid Server.
Anyhow, after restart, the drive was not auto-mounted.
This is the log from syslog.
Dec 8 15:16:27 MilkyWay unassigned.devices: Error: Mount point 'vm_storage' - name is reserved, used in the array or by an unassigned device. Dec 8 15:16:27 MilkyWay unassigned.devices: Disk with serial 'Samsung_SSD_970_EVO_Plus_2TB_S59CNJ0N600161K', mountpoint 'vm_storage' cannot be mounted.I updated Mount Point name to something different, virtual_machine, vm_image, and so on. But it does not work.
I also tried setting "Legacy Mount Point Compatibility?" to Yes
Any ideas?

Hello everyone.
New guy here. I just setting my Unraid unit. Got some used disks and new ones.
I used this Preclear plug-in for check up and one of my new disk came with strange output. I was hoping someone here could help me out to figure out whether I got a bad disk or there might be something wrong with Preclear.
At the end, Preclear says it was successful.

You must have been confused with external library. The external library is used when you want to use your existing pictures without importing into immich api. The mobile library is supposed to be where all the pictures go when you upload or import.
I tried using Immich's official instruction, and I could successfully make the pictures go to under /mnt/user/images/library folder with proper date directory structure. see below.
and this how the pictures are stored with immich docker from unraid apps. All the pictures are stored under /mnt/user/photo_immich/ with random directory names. and each last directory contains only singlepicture.
All in all, based on my experience, official instruction from Immich works as intended than immich docker from unraid app.
Hope it helps.
But, if anyone successfully made immich docker work, please let me know. It would be much easier to maintain.
