This just happened to me in Version 6.12.4 .
I found a workaround that doesn't require a reboot which is nice .
But you have to stop your docker daemon (disable docker in the settings).
Solution:
Disable docker . run the command "fusermount -u /mnt/user" . You will now be able to stop the array . Enable docker . Start the array and everything will be back to normal.- 2

Can we get this reclassified to urgent?
This is a problem that forces you to restart your server. If it happens and you don't notice you WILL lose data.
