Apologies, I should have included this information. Same behavior appears on other browsers, same thing happens when I use other computers, as I do not have ad blockers running like Pihole on my network.
With this issue, since the initial post I have realized that if I start the VM service, then it will show me my CPU stats. I have no need for the VM service, as all I use is Docker containers. Should I be able to have the VM service stopped (Settings > VM Manager > Enable VMs > No) and still see CPU stats? I would think yes, but perhaps it doesn't work this way.
