Solutions

  1. Devotoare's post in Random Docker Service Crashes was marked as the answer   
    Found logs a couple days ago that my flash drive could not be written to. Replaced flash drive last night and disabled XMP and haven't had an issue since, which is a strong improvement over this happening every hour or so. 
     
    Not sure if it was limited to one solution or the other since I did both at the same time.
