Solutions

  1. Xenu's post in Cache read-only error + mover failing to complete was marked as the answer   
    I lost my patience with the server and powered it down in the end, replaced the drive and powered it back up.
     
    12 docker containers running just fine. 3 had little issues but were easily fixable.
     
    Super odd but we're going again.
