  1. Hey there! I've been using Unraid on a separate NAS box for a few years and love it. Now I'm trying to set my main machine up with Unraid, and then pass through my GPU to a gaming VM. Really want to try and get this figured out before purchasing another license. I've watched several different Spaceinvader One videos (Ed is heaven sent.. love that guy), but he doesn't seem to ever touch on the black screen issue in his videos about GPU passthrough/gaming vm setup. Basically, I have: Installed Win10 (I have one setup with OVMF that didn't work, so installed another VM with Seabios based on what folks in the form have said) using VNC Installed the virtio drivers (i did try not installing the KVM display driver as another form post mentioned that was problematic for them) Shut the VM down, removed the VNC display, passed through GPU, and started it. It says it's running, but no display out of the card at all. Tried setting the "multifunction='on'" in the XML, and changing the bus and function for the audio/usb controllers on the GPU as well per Space's Advanced GPU Passthrough video, still no dice Tried with ACS override set to "Both", still no luck. I've also tried using the VFIO-PCI Config plugin to make sure I was passing through the graphics, audio, as well as the gpu's usb controllers as well. I also followed Space's video about dumping the vbios using another GPU, however he mentions that it's very important to start the VM with the card passed through first. I did start it, though I still only got a blank screen. Regardless, using that dumped bios hasn't helped either. I'm pretty stumped at the moment.. Been trolling the forms, rewatching videos, and also trolling Reddit's r/vfio to try and piece together what I'm missing and not having any luck. I'm running a Ryzen 3600x with an Aorus Elite Wifi motherboard. I've tried using two sticks of Trident Z 3600 ram (no XMP), as well as some other Hynix ram as well. (trying to see if anything helps). I appreciate any help I can get! Attached is my current XML for the Seabios VM, and a diagnostic tool dump as well. Thanks in advance! svr-unraid2-diagnostics-20201217-1037.zip vm_windows.xml
