Well it's been close to 5 days and everything is running smoothly! It appears that switching from MACVLAN to IPVLAN did the trick. (although if MACVLAN remains an option it needs looking into....)

I've changed from MACVLAN to IPVLAN in docker/settings. We'll see how this goes. After searching MACVLAN in the forums I see that others have had the same issue, so hopefully this will do the trick. I'll also update any of my nerd pack installs, as a best practice
