  1. Will do. Thank you both for responding so quickly.
  2. After reboot, unraid will run fine for a few days then all my dockers become unresponsive which requires another reboot to get everything working again. This issue continues to happen and i had been trying to troubleshoot but to no avail... what I've tried thus far: because i see BTRFS error in log, I ran a memtest (after a reboot) last week and it completed without errors. i also deleted the docker image and reinstalled apps but same routine continues. Today after dockers became unresponsive again, I noticed that the log file was at 100%. Don't know how to proceed and i would like to not be required to continually reboot server just to get things in working order for only a few days. Very frustrating. I've attached diagnostic, any help would be greatly appreciated. thebrainz-diagnostics-20230223-1049.zip
  3. Hello, Plex isn't starting and from the log i see this error: PMS: failure detected. Read/write access is required for path: /config/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server Stopping Plex Media Server. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. thebrainz-diagnostics-20230125-1834.zip
  4. Dockers continue to become unresposive and inaccessible after running for a few days. When I look on the dockers tab, some dockers have been stopped but i cannot access any docker through webui. when this happens i had just been stopping the array then rebooting butthat only works for a few days. I would appreciate any and all assistance, thank you. thebrainz-diagnostics-20220224-1334.zip
  5. I tried another cable and it worked, thank you. So now I can successfully access the server over the network but I would ultimately like to resolve the crashing issue which led up to this. Do i need to wait until the next crash then start a new thread then?
  6. Yes, cable is plugged in and tried another cable as well. I disabled the oc. I'm running memtest now... is it normal for the screen to read "Loading / memtest... ok" only? It seems to be locked up but I didn't want to interrupt if it's normal. Thanks
  7. I had been having issues with unraid arbitrarily crashing and on those occasions i would shut the array down then reboot. The last time i did that, unraid got hung rebooting, so i finally just shutdown the server... well, the server hasn't come back online since. I attached a monitor and see that my router isn't supplying an ip address but unraid is now prompting for login and password which i do not remember. I can access server with "root" but i don't know the next steps to take to begin to resolve any of my issues. Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated thebrainz-diagnostics-20220217-1850.zip
  8. thank you so much for responding, sorry for the delay but apparently my server isn't being assinged an ip address. I don't remember my login/password info but I was able to sign in as root, here is the diagnostic file. please advise thebrainz-diagnostics-20220214-0945.zip
  9. unraid crashed so i stopped the array and tried to reboot,it then got stuck rebooting so i had to power down server - now it won't boot at all... please help, i have no idea how to proceed
