    Found the issue. Looking at the game file location, I found a "driverError.log" file, saying cannot install driver. I then updated my nvidia driver manually. Now it's working.

    It does not work for me. After changing the config, it does not show the error message any more. But the game doesn't launch at all. Looking at the Task Manager, cpu and memory are all idle.
