    I finally got a chance to test the RAM.
    I tested each stick individually, and the system still crashed with only one stick installed, regardless of which one I used. I then tried a different RAM kit, but the crashes continued.
    After that, I installed an old Ryzen 7 2700X I had lying around, and that resolved the issue. The system now boots without any problems or crashes, confirming that the issue was with the CPU.
    Hopes this helps anyone else having a similiar issue.
