Solutions

  1. MistaWolf's post in Server not responsive after 8-12~hr uptime. was marked as the answer   
    No errors in ram found. Reset Cmos, reconfigured bios and running fine since (3 days). Still going to swap out mobo tonight as I ordered a replacement out of frustration.

    for search info for others- Jingsha X99 d8 (server board)  cmos jumper does not work! pull the battery.
