I tried shutting it down and reseating the USB device, but did not fix the issue. I ended up renaming my Unraid server and remaking users again. If it helps, I am currently on the trial version of Unraid. Could that have anything to do with it?

Hi everyone. I just set up my Unraid NAS and am a complete newb. Please forgive my ignorance. Recently, I had to relocate my Unraid NAS from upstairs bedroom to the basement. In doing so, I stopped the array, then clicked shutdown (will activate clean system power down) button under the main tab. Upon relocating my Unraid NAS to the basement and reconnecting the power/ethernet, I noticed that my Unraid NAS name was changed back from my custom name to Tower... In addition, the users that I have set up on my Unraid are no longer present under the users tab. Did I not perform the shutdown procedure properly?
