I have sonarr installed he doesn't move downloaded files to dedicated folder

Hi I want the series that i download to transfer to dedicated folder for example i deluge downloaded the balcklist s10e5 and moved it to the downloads folder i want the file to be moved to to the folder \the blacklist\season 10 how can it be done?

removed IPMI the log stopped thanks for that now to figure why the disks wont speen down
