  1. Array Drive Replacement Maintenance Mode

    All, I have been using Unraid for a number of years and have successfully replaced array/parity drives with no issues. I am about to replace a 12TB HDD with a 16TB Precleared drive (single parity disk is 18TB and parity check has recently completed without issue). My question is if I check the Maintenance mode option during drive rebuild and another disk was to fail during rebuild, would I have a greater chance of successfully recovering by putting the original 12TB back in its original place in the array and using the 16TB to now replace the failed drive? Thanks in advance.
