Is there any way to figure out why it became corrupt? This will be my 3rd time deleting and recreating it.

Thanks for the advice. I have disabled Docker and finished long tests on the other 4 disks. I have a new disk I can use for the parity drive now as well assuming everything else checks out. tower-diagnostics-20210712-2131.zip

Hello, I'm new to using unraid and I've just setup a system on 6.9.2 with secondhand drives. Everything started fine but I noticed disk 5 had a lot of read errors during the parity setup. I also tried to run a SMART test on the parity drive which is being reported as failed. I'm very new to all of this so I was just curious if anyone can tell anything from my diagnostics and whether or not I should replace these disks.
