  1. Hi trurl, At the time of the crashes there were no other USB devices plugged in. With the diagnostics and currently I have a keyboard (Razer Huntsman) plugged in. Thanks
  2. Hi everyone, Earlier today my server completely locked up and became unresponsive, I ended up neeting to physicaly reboot since the web UI was not accessible. After rebooting, I noticed the USB device wasn’t being detected / couldn't be booted into. Unplugging and reconnecting it temporarily fixed the issue, but the same problem has occurred again a few hours later. I’ve attached the diagnostics, but it looks like the syslog only contains information from after the reboot. If there’s a way to anonymize a separate syslog file after the fact, I can post that but for now I’ve attached a "log snippet.txt", which I believe includes the relevant USB-related errors. I'm able to access the server now and have backed up my flash drive (again..) Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated Thanks onyx-diagnostics-20250504-1942.zip log snippet.txt
  3. Thank you! I've given these steps a run and I'll give it a week or two, hopefully you don't hear from me again
  4. Hello Everyone, For the past few weeks (I know.. shame on me) I've received read errors in batches of 32 on both disk 3(sdf) and disk 4 (sdg) at random times. The first few times it occurred I ran a parity check and nothing came up but it seems I have finally hit the breaking point and Unraid has disabled disk 4 (sdg). Both of these Seagate Ironwolf 8GBs were purchased on the same day so I'm not so sure if it's a coincidence; They are both still well within the warranty window. They are connected to the machine with a 9201-8i, I've tried reseating the cables and swapping out the cable entirely (the other drives connected are fine) but saw no luck. I've noticed they also get up into the 45c range during the parity check while other drives are still sub 30c, not sure if this is an indication of anything. Your help is greatly appreciated onyx-diagnostics-20231002-2049.zip
